The staff is so friendly, I would like to name them all but I don't want to forget any name, but the staff is absolutely phenomenal. The room was great, spacious, clean, the beds are comfy, the design is great. The bathrooms are also huge, clean, and just perfect. The smell everywhere is great, the views from any corner of the hotel were just great. The location is awesome, very close to everything, ask the staff for recommendations on food and bars, they gave us very good options. The breakfast was exceptional, I believe that they bake everything in-house, they just taste so fresh and good, I already miss the breakfast. I understand that this is a new hotel and they are trying their best, every day we would walk into a clean room with a bottle of wine/champagne and some desserts (which I know might be just because they are new since I never experienced such) but this was a nice gesture from them. I've stayed in over 80 hotels using booking, none less than 4 stars and mostly 5 stars. This was by far the best one I've stayed at. The friendliest people, cleanest room, most artistic place, I will definitely return to it.

We stayed at this incredible hotel in Lisbon’s city center, and it exceeded all our expectations! Perfectly situated, everything was within walking distance—historic landmarks, vibrant neighborhoods, shops, and public transport. The dining options were exceptional. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh, local ingredients. Our room was small, but nicely designed and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable; in the evenings we received some delicious treats in the room. Next time we would book a room with a city view that is outstanding (our room had an inside view). The staff was really nice. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the value. Beautifully designed old manor house refashioned as a hotel—they’ve kept a lot of wonderful architectural flourishes from the original building while still making it a very comfortable hotel with good-sized rooms and all the modern amenities you’d want. Right in the heart of the trendy Bairro Alto neighborhood and across the street from a plaza with sweeping views across the city, the location could not be better and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful too. I Cannot recommend this highly enough!

I had been the excellent staying in Lisbon for six days. In the Palácio Ludovice Wine Experience Hotel I naturally felt the unique culture of Portugal. The inside walls covered with azulejo, it is really the Palace in Portugal style. The team of the Hotel was very hospital, they every day provided us lots of homemade sweets with Porto wine, Portugal sparking wine and liquor. In addition to this, the team of the Hotel congratulated my mother and me on the Birthday! Your hotel made us very happy! Thank you so much!

Pros: Excellent location. Very friendly staff (particularly Pedro). Great dining experience at Federico (particularly the carrot-in-different-textures dish). Our corner room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Nice sheets, towels, and room temperature. The view was incredible and we particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, as well as the his-and-hers sinks. We also loved the detail of the daily pastry/wine left by housekeeping.
